What is occupational Spanish? Occupational Spanish, also known as job-specific Spanish, can help you improve communication and teamwork and increase efficiencies in your organization. Grammar is not a focus in this type of training. Instead, the focus is on vocabulary and expressions that you need on a daily basis to do your job - for example, greeting customers, taking a medical history or complimenting employees.

Approximately half of the population in the Western Hemisphere speaks Spanish, and within the United States, Spanish is the second most widely spoken language after English.
